Hi, I'm Jeff - the creator of VentureHustlers, Nebuflame, an AiSavah. I've worn a lot of hats over the years: from tech analyst to carpenter, installer to custodian, sales and marketing to owning my own firm. What I've learned is simple - no matter where you start, there's always a way to hustle smarter, not harder, and build something bigger than the grind.

Struggle

I began my journey in tech, working for a Microsoft subsidiary software company as a Tech Analyst. I spent years troubleshooting networks, internet infrastructure problems, building PC's, and building networks. It was challenging and exciting, but it also showed me how quickly people can burn out when they're just another cog in the machine. 

​

To keep pushing forward, I worked as a custodian grinding a second job to being an installation contractor for clients and a family business. I did it all from customer relations to sales and marketing. Every client, every paycheck, and every late night taught me that many of us are stuck in cycles where we give everything, but the rewards barely feel like enough.

Outside of these jobs, I picked up the hammer. As a carpenter, I built my own contracting firm, managing projects worth upwards to $100,000.00. On the surface, it looked like success and it has been - but behind the scenes, it was long days, high stress, and little time to breathe. 

​

Turning Point

At some point, I realized I didn't just want to survive the grind - I wanted to build a path out of it. I wanted to blend my technical know-how, my hands-on trade experience, and my passion for helping people into something new; a way to hand others the tools I never had when I was struggling. ​

Mission

That's why I created VentureHustlers.com - a platform to help everyday hustlers break free from the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle. Whether it's through digital tools like DeFi, NFT's, and AI prompts, or real-world blueprints and side hustles, I want to give people the edge to create freedom. 

​

NebuFlame was born as the spiritual side of this journey - a place for inner strength, inspiration, and cosmic sparks to help keep your fire alive when the grind feels overwhelming.

And AiSavah is the bridge between human creativity and AI - a prompt vault and guide for people who want to use AI to sharpen their lives, their work, and their focus. 

All three projects reflect the same truth: I've lived the grind, I've felt the weight of long hours, and I know what it's like to want more but not know where to start.
